DNA
Colour, rhythm, fluidity, but also sequences, fragmentation, opacity and transparency are the leitmotivs of a series of 3 abstract works.
This small painting DNA was made with tempera on claybord.
Intern body perceptions were the inspiration of this work.
Egg-tempera is a beautiful medium, the colour is bright, dense as well as transparent. It is as if claybord absorbs paint, while colour remains very luminous on the support.
This abstract small painting will decorate any place: small study rooms, sleeping rooms or in a corner of a more spacious place. It will illuminate dark corners.
The frame is covered by hand with gold leaf.
